With total utility assets worth over $47.7 billion, a Northeast utility has invested heavily in protecting and maintaining its grid infrastructure to prevent service disruption.

The company engages a variety of utility service contractors to inspect its wood, steel, concrete, and underground structures and identify deficiencies for restoration. When needed, the utility will hire additional contractors for engineering and rehabilitation.
