Lee White
Managing Director - Osmose Europe

Leveraging more than a decade of leadership experience, Lee White joined Osmose in 2024 through the acquisition of AUS Ltd. He now serves as Managing Director of Osmose Europe. Prior to Osmose, Lee held Managing Director roles in the manufacturing sector at DESMI and later at Verder Liquids, serving on the Board of Directors at both organisations. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business Change Management and English Literature and Language, and in 2024 completed his IOSH Safety for Executives and Directors certification. Outside of work, Lee enjoys touring Scotland, Ireland, and Europe on his motorcycle.

Mark Harrison

Financial Director

Mark joined AUS in 2023 with more than 20 years senior finance leadership experience across manufacturing, legal, commercial property development and professional service sectors. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geography from Liverpool University as well as FCMA and CGMA professional finance & accounting qualifications. Outside of work Mark has been a Mountain Rescue volunteer since 2005 and a Mountain Rescue search dog handler since 2012.

Mark Dignum

Operations Director

Mark joined Osmose in 2024 and has over 40 years experience in a variety of manufacturing industries with more than 30 years of that in Senior Management and Leadership positions. Mark has applied his wealth of knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies to a wide range of manufacturing environments including major Blue Chip companies like Cadbury Trebor Bassett and spent 4 years in Maine USA heading up a $50m project building , setting up and then running a new state of the art manufacturing facility for a global Swedish based Health Care company Molnlycke Health Care.

Richard Brown

Commercial Director

Richard joined the company in 2002 and has been employed in the electricity distribution and transmission sector for the past 35 years. Initial operational management experience was gained working for a DNO and various overhead line contractors throughout the UK and into Europe. As Commercial Director, he headed the growth of the business in the electricity supply, arboricultural and telecommunications sectors, and also developed the inspections and training services that the business currently offers. Richard has been working strategically with Osmose for several years prior to their acquisition of the AUS Ltd business in 2024, introducing pole supports solutions to UK network operators.

Rachel Sugarman

Marketing Manager

Rachel joined Osmose in 2025 and has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in a variety of industries. Rachel uses her experience in marketing niche engineered products to showcase the innovative products of the companies she works for. Prior to Osmose, Rachel spent 4 years at Verder Liquids leading marketing for the United Kingdom and United States, as well as later adding to her role by managing the internal sales team, driving strategic growth and customer engagement.

Will Gibson

Operations Director - Rail & ESI

Will started at Osmose Europe in 2020 after completing his masters degree in marketing. After starting in a product management role, Will quickly developed a passion for process, people development, and problem solving. He was soon tasked with building a successful operations department comprising of planning and procurement. This operations team has now grown to include warehouse & logistics, systems & process improvement, sales operations and IT. Will continues to be responsible for these teams and drives strategic improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.

Paul McKalroy

Operations Director - Osmose

Paul started in the UK electricity distribution industry in 1987 as a Overhead Linesmen with Northern PowerGrid. He covered a number of roles including senior management roles over a 26 year period. Paul spent the last 11 years in the same industry managing a number of large contracts and developing the independent connections provider (ICP) process for a number of contracting businesses. Joining Osmose in 2024 as Operations Manager, Paul is now responsible for the UK pole truss operations delivery team.

Matt Powell

Head of Sales

Matt joined Osmose Europe in 2011.  As Head of Sales, at he now leads the Rail, ESI, and Product Development departments, driving commercial strategy and strengthening partnerships across multiple sectors. With a background in sales management within AUS’s Rail division, he brings hands-on industry expertise and a deep understanding of safety, reliability, and efficiency. Known for a methodical yet collaborative approach, Matt aligns teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and deliver lasting value to every customer.

Rebecca Walker

Head of People, Talent & Performance

Rebecca joined the company in early 2017, supporting the ESI sales team and training services. During this time, she worked closely with others on the planning and delivery of the Link Box Blanket project, while also stepping into the role of Office Manager. From 2021, Becky transitioned into the accounts team and achieved her AAT Level 2 qualification with Distinction. As human resources demand grew, Becky moved into a permanent HR role and established the department from the ground up,  successfully onboarding more than 50 employees within 14 months and implementing a fully functioning people, talent and performance operation which had previously been outsourced.

Matt Senior

Production Director

Matt has successfully completed an advanced apprenticeship in Manufacturing Engineering and built a career spanning over 19 years as a machinist. Since joining AUS in 2014, he has dedicated 11 years to the company, steadily advancing through key leadership roles. Beginning as a machinist, he progressed to Production Team Leader and, in 2023, was appointed Production Manager. Matt oversees the full scope of manufacturing operations for Rail, ESI, and arboriculture product lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation across all production processes.
