All SPS within current design ranges is manufactured in house by AUS, from small OLEMI/UKMS flats and angles to Series1 Tensorex brackets, drop tubes & telescopic struts.

We use industry standard solid modelling packages to aid design and analysis of mechanical components; use a range of laboratory equipment to investigate the behaviour of mechanical products; use advanced dimensional measurement techniques for mechanical components; develop experience in the investigation and identification of the mode of failure of mechanical components and utilise specialist knowledge of the new product development process within mechanical engineering. In achieving this AUS are ideally placed to deliver this desire for innovative and bespoke product design and development.
