Osmose life extension programs preserve strength that is initially built into wood utility poles. Pole evaluation and application of remedial treatment saves money by adding many additional years of durable service life. Osmose pole restoration systems are designed to restore strength to poles that do not meet structural requirements due to decay or damage at a fraction of a new pole replacement cost.

Osmose structural resiliency solutions strengthen and harden wood poles before nature’s fury strikes. Using predictive analytics, innovative data collection, our pole loading expertise and software, and family of trussing systems, our innovative and targeted resiliency program is five times faster and often times 70% less than a replacement-only program.

Rail Engineering Solutions

Working in close collaboration with Network Rail and contractors across all tiers, our organisation provides the products, expertise, and support essential to the success of national and regional rail projects such as the Trans Pennine Route Upgrade (TRU), Core Valley Lines (CVL) and Midland Main Line (MML).

A dedicated team of Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) specialists offers end-to-end support from tender and design through to project completion helping ensure programmes are delivered on schedule and to the highest technical standards.

An extensive stockholding, combined with in-house manufacturing capability, enables rapid response to project requirements and significantly reduced lead times. Materials can be supplied as individual components or pre-assembled units, with the option to mark and deliver by location number to meet detailed build specifications.
