Reminder of Live Exposure (RoLE) Device

Recent safety concerns, caused by a person coming into contact with live overhead line equipment whilst at work has triggered an immediate response within the industry. The use of Reminder of Live Exposed (RoLE) equipment devices have become mandatory on-site from the 19^th of November 2021 under statement NR/L3/ELP/29987, ‘Working on or about 25kV A.C. Electrified Lines’.

In response to this, AUS have developed our own RoLE equipment device which gained Network Rail product acceptance on the 22^nd of November 2021. The device comprises a circular ‘danger’ sign with an arm at either side to attach a bright blue light onto. The lights are extremely durable and the product as a whole is lightweight and easy to handle and install.
