About the Presenters

Brandon Hall is the Director Business Development – Engineering. Brandon has over a decade of extensive experience in providing innovative solutions to a large breadth of utility engineering needs.  He has managed initiatives such as commercial and industrial development, system reliability improvements, voltage conversions projects, asset management, underground network design, overhead distribution line design, and DOT projects. In his current role, Brandon is responsible for developing comprehensive engineering programs that provide safe, efficient, and economical solutions to our customers greatest needs.



Ron Bilodeau is a Senior Solutions Consultant – Technical Services with Osmose. Ron has more than 35 years of experience in both telecommunications construction and electric utility operations management. Ron earned an MBA and BA in Communications and Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, a Graduate Certificate in Renewable Energy from the University of Nevada Reno, and is a Certified Project Management Professional. In his current role, he provides solutions and recommendations to the utility and broadband industries on a wide-ranging scope of requirements including joint use, broadband buildout, and wireless attachment and colocation programs and processes. 



David Mohammed is VP of Strategic Development for Technical Services at Osmose. He is a professional engineer holding a BS in Electrical Engineering form the University of Western Ontario and a BS in Computer Science from Western University. David has over 22 years of experience in the electric utility and telecommunications industry covering solutions architecture, professional services consulting, product and program development, systems integration, and analysis and design. He has spent much of his career helping utilities and telecommunications providers develop best-in-class asset management programs, in support of their reliability, joint use, and network buildout initiatives, and realize the returns they expect from these programs.
