About the Presenter

John Spiller, P.E. - Director of Engineering at Osmose

John Spiller is the Director of Engineering for Osmose. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering and he earned his MBA from the University of Georgia. With more than five years of utility transmission experience, he has worked on many large-scale restoration and design projects for utility companies across the United States. Prior to joining Osmose, he designed both over ground and high-angle conveyor belts, ranging in size from several hundred feet to several miles, and all of their supporting structures both domestically and internationally. John is a registered professional engineer in 16 states within the U.S., including California, and is a licensed contractor in California.
