Osmose Strengthens Leadership Team

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. (Osmose), the market-leading provider of grid asset management and infrastructure support services for electric utilities and telecommunications companies, announces two changes to its executive leadership team. Jeff Cagle joined Osmose as its Chief Financial Officer and Steve Tompkins has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Business Development. 

Before joining Osmose, Jeff Cagle served as Chief Financial Officer of Peak Utility Services Group, a PE-backed leader in outsourced construction services for utility companies in the Pacific Northwest, Intermountain West, Texas, and Boston metro areas. Before Peak, Jeff served as the Chief Financial Officer of United Subcontractor Group and AM Conservation Group and prior to that held several senior financial positions at Safety-Kleen/Clean Harbors. Jeff is a Certified Management Accountant and received his MBA from the University of Nebraska after graduating from Menlo College. 

Steve Tompkins takes over for Gary High, Osmose’s former SVP – Business Development who retired in February 2022. Steve joined Osmose in February 2016 as a Senior Director of Business Development and has most recently served as Vice President of Business Development.  Prior to Osmose, Steve spent 16 years in various sales roles at Alcatel-Lucent.  Steve’s sales experience is enhanced by strong leadership skills having spent 5 years as a submarine officer for the US Navy.  He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. 

The addition of Jeff and the promotion of Steve is a testament to Osmose’s willingness to invest to better support our customers, delivering on the resilience of critical structures and supporting their grid operations.
