Corporate Headquarters

All corporate functions, including the Executive, Finance, and Accounting Departments, are located in Buffalo, New York, USA. The corporate office also serves as the management base for Manufacturing and Research, as well as Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. (an Osmose affiliated company).

Osmose manufacturing facilities are located in Buffalo, NY; Memphis, TN; Rock Hill, SC; and Tangent, OR. One of Osmose's subsidiaries owns and operates a production facility in Campbellville, Ontario, Canada.

In addition, our subsidiary, Wood Protection Company, operates a treating plant in Houston, Texas, which markets high-quality treated Southern Pine wood products through direct sales to retail lumber dealers and home centers in eastern Texas. This plant also serves as a commercial-scale research and development plant for testing new treating processes and equipment.
